SWARM aggregates qualified owners and fleet-ready sites, coordinates the charging, service, and recovery partners who own the hardware, and operates the system that keeps vehicles productive. The model is deliberately asset-light: property owners provide land, infrastructure partners provide equipment, and SWARM provides the owners, the site intelligence, and the operating playbook that make both worth deploying.

Micah Walk is the founder of SWARM. Before SWARM, he built a career in real estate and technology, moving between capital, property, and operations. He started the company on a single observation: autonomous vehicles will need a physical layer, and whoever builds it first sets the terms.
