This Privacy Policy explains how SWARM ("SWARM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit buildtheswarm.com (the "Site"), request early owner access, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit an owner access request, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, city and state, whether you are acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity and the type of entity, your vehicle ownership intentions, planned fleet size, expected deployment timing, capital range, operating preferences, service interests, geographic preferences, and any free-text responses.

Technical and analytics information. When you use the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data such as clicks, form activity, and time on page.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to evaluate prospective owner demand; organize and review owner profiles by market, fleet size, and deployment timing; communicate with prospective owners; plan infrastructure, hub capacity, and market entry; develop products and services; conduct research and publish SWARM Intel and related analysis; operate, secure, and improve the Site; perform analytics; conduct commercial analysis and business development; pursue partnerships; and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

How We Share or Disclose Information

SWARM may disclose personal information to service providers, professional advisors, infrastructure partners, commercial partners, and other third parties in connection with operating, developing, analyzing, financing, or expanding SWARM's business and owner network.

SWARM may also use or disclose aggregated, deidentified, or market-level information derived from owner interest and platform activity for research, commercial analysis, infrastructure planning, partnerships, data products, and related business purposes.

In certain circumstances, SWARM may disclose, license, transfer, or otherwise make personal information available to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. Where applicable law treats such activity as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, SWARM will provide any required notices, choices, and opt-out mechanisms.

We may also disclose information to service providers who process it on our behalf; to professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and consultants; where required by law, subpoena, or legal process; where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SWARM, our users, or others; and in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining a record of prospective owner interest as markets, infrastructure, and services develop, and as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information, including certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

Where required by applicable law, SWARM will provide a dedicated method for exercising applicable opt-out rights.

You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Third-Party Services

The Site may use third-party services, including hosted form processing, web fonts, and analytics. Those services have their own privacy practices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes
