The SWARM Hub Standard
Six criteria a site must meet.
The Hub Standard is the framework SWARM uses to evaluate a property for fleet operation. Power comes first because it is the constraint that disqualifies most candidates.

- Existing electrical service capacity, and a credible path to expand it, sized to a fleet duty cycle.
- Access
- Road access and proximity to demand areas without paying for the demand area itself. Round-the-clock vehicle movement without conflict.
- Security
- A controlled perimeter, access management, and monitoring for high-value assets on site unattended.
- Throughput
- A layout that supports arrive, charge, clean, inspect, stage, depart without vehicles crossing each other's paths.
- Serviceability
- Space and workflow for inspection, tires, and turnover on site, and efficient handoff to off-site repair and manufacturer service.
- Expansion
- Room to add capacity, in vehicles and in kilowatts, as the market's fleet grows.
